⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely love Matty’s Playpen! With three fur babies in the house, we wanted a way to give our baby his own safe, clean space to play, roll around, and explore without the dogs constantly being in his space. This playpen has been perfect! It’s spacious enough for toys, tummy time, and plenty of movement, while giving us peace of mind knowing our little guy has a dedicated area all to himself. Our three fur babies can still be nearby and part of the action, just from the other side of the playpen! 😂 It has quickly become one of our favorite baby purchases and is perfect for a busy household with both babies and pets. Highly recommend!
It was so easy to put together! I love that the may fits perfectly inside the pen. The mat is also thick enough that I don’t worry too much when my son does fall over.
Love the mat and play pen! The love the thickness and sturdiness of the mat. My little girl started crawling right away once she had some space to move. The pen is a awesome size and it's been great to have.

I got the 5x7 Maddy's Room playpen, and I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. I put it together by myself in no time. It was super easy, lightweight to move around during assembly, and once it's together, it's incredibly sturdy. The biggest surprise for me was the mat. I have a House of Noa play mat upstairs in my daughter's nursery, and while I love the look of it, this mat is on a completely different level for comfort. It's thick, supportive, and actually comfortable enough for me to lay on the floor with my daughter for tummy time, rolling practice, and other floor exercises. It's honestly more comfortable than my cushioned yoga mat. The vegan leather has just enough texture that my daughter can get good grip while rolling and pushing herself up without sliding around. It's also incredibly easy to clean. I usually just run a little duster over it to pick up any pet hair, and if needed, it wipes clean in seconds. The 5x7 size is perfect. It comfortably fits our Lovevery Play Gym, the Fisher Price Kick & Play Piano, and plenty of other toys with room to spare. One of my favorite things about it is that it keeps my dogs out of the baby's play space. If I need to run into the kitchen for a minute, I know she's in a clean, safe area where the dogs can't accidentally walk through her toys or bump into her. They can still see her, but they stay outside the playpen, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I'll admit I thought the price was a little steep when I ordered it, and when I first unboxed it I wasn't totally sure what to think because of the material. But once it was set up, it looked beautiful. I've had so many people compliment it, and the more I've used it, the more I've appreciated how thoughtfully it's designed. We've had it for a little over a month now, and we use it every single day. Even if we only use it for a year or so before my daughter outgrows it, I already feel like it's been worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality play space.
As a twin mom, this playroom has honestly been one of our most used items. Having a safe, dedicated space where both girls can play, explore, and move around freely has been such a game changer for our family. I love how spacious it is. It gives them plenty of room to play together without feeling crowded, and I love knowing they're in a safe environment while I sit with them, play, or get a few things done nearby. We use it every single day, and it's become the heart of our playtime at home. If you're a twin parent (or have multiple little ones), I can't recommend it enough. It's sturdy, easy to set up, and has given us so many special memories already.

Really high quality and comfy - looks great and bb loves it. Had an issue with the mat from shipping and they resolved it super quick. One thing I didn’t notice from pictures - I assumed the part that touches the floor almost suctions to the floor but it just sits atop it, it still seems to stay it in place pretty well though, especially with the mat filling in the middle. Way better to have in the living room than other options, and love having it truly be a set!

I’m always skeptical about aesthetic baby products that have glowing reviews, and I hesitated to buy the play room due to the high price. But after hours and hours of searching for a mat that fits perfectly with a pen - and that I can live with having in my living room day after day - I bit the bullet. I’m thrilled with the play room, and have realized this item is actually cost effective with the expectation that we will use this for future babies as well (similar to our strollers and other high-price baby items). Friends of mine have ended up purchasing several play pens over the years as they fall apart, but I can see this one lasting a long time. It’s high quality and the mat is ideal for tummy time, crawling, and playing. It’s very cushioned to protect my baby’s head but it’s also firm and provides the ideal environment for baby’s mobility. I wipe the mat with my baby’s gentle wipes and it looks good as new each day. Highly highly recommend!
We recently purchased “The Playroom” and I’m so glad we decided to go with it. I almost chose just the pen to save a little money, but I’m really happy we ended up getting the full setup. It fits our space like a glove and the materials are clearly high quality. It truly looks beautiful in our living room, which was important to me since it’s a space we’re in all day. Our 7-month-old recently started crawling and pulling up to stand, so we were on the hunt for an aesthetic playpen we could comfortably keep in our main living area. I’m so glad we found Matty’s Room. The door design is perfect for going in and out, and it’s even helpful for keeping my 3-year-old “locked” in or out depending on the situation! The material is also incredibly easy to keep clean, which is a huge plus with little ones. I also have to mention the customer service team, they were absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions before purchasing, and when two pieces arrived damaged in transit, they were incredibly responsive and quickly sent out replacements. Overall, we’ve had such a great experience and I’m already telling all my mom friends about Matty’s Room! 🤍
We are very happy with this product. It's well designed and made and was not hard to assemble. The mat quality is high and the neutral color is calming but still bright. Can't wait to see what else this company produces!
The Playroom has truly been a game changer for our little one! We love knowing he has a safe, comfortable space to roll and explore, thanks to the extra-thick cushioned mat, smooth panels, and secure, easy-to-use door lock. It’s wonderfully spacious too - both my husband and I can comfortably hang out inside and spend time with him. It’s incredibly easy to wipe down and keep clean, and the clean, modern design makes it look aesthetic in our home. We’re so excited to watch him grow into it as he starts crawling and needing even more room to move and explore!
We LOVE our matty’s room playroom! It fits into our living space seamlessly and is the perfect size to grow with our little. We currently have all sorts of stations set up in it and move around during her wake windows and it’s the best set up! The mat is so incredibly comfortable and we love that our daughter gets to master all her milestones on a comfortable, and most importantly, safe space. Don’t think twice about getting it, it’s the perfect playroom!
We LOVE our playroom! As a family with limited space, we loved that we could find something that fit well in the main area of our home. Now baby has a SAFE space to play. We previously had a cheap playpen from Amazon, and it was uncomfortable and the mat was so thin and flimsy, that baby couldn’t walk without rolling her ankles. The Matty’s room mat is SO thick and sturdy- it’s our favorite place for her to practice walking a there’s plenty of space for her to do it! It was super easy to setup (I actually did most of it while holding my Velcro baby LOL) Anyway, we love our playroom!! 10/10!!
We got the Matty’s Room playroom (the playpen and mat system) when our daughter started getting more active, and honestly it’s been one of the best and most useful pieces of baby gear we own. The neutral design and furniture-grade look make it feel intentional rather than average / temporary baby gear. The 5×7 setup gives her plenty of room to move, we call it her penthouse lol. and the vegan leather mat is so posh but more importantlyslip-resistant and a breeze to wipe down, vs having to wash or spot clean my old mat, yikes! I also appreciate the rounded corners and how securely everything fits together. So worth it! Gave us time and energy back by having a safe space for my little one to play & practicing new skills 🥹
I absolutely love this play pen. The most important thing for me is that it’s toxin-free, but it’s also beautifully made and looks great in my living room. I love that it includes a perfectly fitting mat, so there’s no need to hunt for a separate one. It feels thoughtfully designed and truly worth it.
Overall, we are very impressed with the play pen and think it was a wise purchase. We have 5 month old twins and we can foresee us using the mat and pen for at least 2-3 years. It is sturdy, not flimsy at all, easy to set up and the mat fits perfectly inside the pen. The materials are high quality and don’t emit any fumes or bad odor. It is large enough for both babies and at least one adult. As they get more mobile, I imagine it will be a perfect place to put them in to crawl, play and be safe if I need to step away. The latching door is secure and I don’t think small children could open on their own. Although it’s pricey, I think it’s long term use, functionality and aesthetic makes it a wise investment.
We’ve been using our Matty’s Room play space for our newborn, and it’s been perfect to keep her things separate from big sisters things. The mat is soft and easy to clean! I absolutely love the neutral design because it blends right into our home without feeling like another loud baby item. Although she’s tiny, I can’t wait to use this as she grows. We will for sure need a safe spot to set her up when she starts rolling and getting mobile. The setup was quick and simple. It’s very spacious and I loom forward to setting up little pockets of play in the space!

My partner is a nurse practitioner at UCLA for the PICU and we bought the mat to donate to a child on her unit that is waiting for a transplant and wasn't getting enough time out of his hospital bed. What an upgrade this playpen has been from our last one -- our little one loves crawling around the soft mat and we're no longer worry about bumps or falls or the baby safety of the materials he's contacting. This is definitely a one-time investment that will easily last years and additional siblings, but well worth the carefree safety and enjoyment that comes with it! (The design is also beautiful in our space which is a nice bonus)

I absolutely love how this Playroom looks. It blends so well with my home decor! The setup was easy and no tools were needed. The foldable mat feels really nice and has the perfect cushion feel. Overall, super happy with this purchase and look forward to using it with my soon-to-be born!
Love how simple and easy this was to set up, as well as how adjustable it is, and it looks great with simple lines and allows our baby to hold onto the slats to pull herself up to standing. I was given hand me downs of 3 other playpens, and my wife made me set them up just to see how they'd fit. All the other ones took between 15-60 minutes of frustration just to set up. I've attached a timelapse video of me setting it up at 16x speed, it only took 5 minutes. Though I used my couch for one side, so it might have taken about 7 minutes to do it fully. One quick tip, attach the bottom connectors (aka, the safety stoppy as listed in the instructions) to the panels first and just slide them together. The ease of set up is by far a big plus! Already thinking of buying a 2nd one for the baby's room, and setting it up around a floor bed!
