They are crafted from child-safe, non-toxic materials responsibly sourced from trusted suppliers in Asia, and have been independently tested and certified to not only meet U.S. CPSIA Toy Safety and ASTM standards, but also exceed California’s Proposition 65 chemical safety requirements—the strictest in the nation. They are free of BPAs, PVCs, latex, and other harmful chemicals such as phthalates, lead, and cadmium.

• The Mat (playmat): Our playmats are made in South Korea using durable, non-toxic vegan leather and glue-free polyethylene foam pad. These child-safe materials come from vendors who have been producing them for over 15 years. Trusted and tested by millions of parents in East Asia—particularly in South Korea and Japan—our playmats are made to be durable and safe.
• The Pen (playpen):  Our playpens are made primarily of food-grade HDPE (high density polyethylene), chosen for its durability, safety, and premium finish–and also widely recyclable for repurposing. It’s lightweight yet sturdy and resists moisture, making it easy to clean and hygienic. The materials are ethically sourced from experienced vendors in China who have been making high-end children’s products for over 12 years. They are known for consistent quality and meet our high bar for safety and durability.

The Playroom is quick to set-up. The Pen takes around 10 minutes, requires no tools, and can be assembled by one person. The Mat needs no assembly—simply unfold and place it inside the playpen to complete the Playroom!

• The Mat: Life’s little messes are no problem! Thanks to our innovative no-gap surface on the top, there’s no place for debris or crumbs to get trapped. Simply wipe the mat with a damp cloth or mild cleaner, and it’s good as new. For more details, please refer to the fabric labels on the playmat for specific cleaning instructions.
• The Pen: Our playpen is designed for easy maintenance. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For tougher stains, a gentle soap and water solution should do the trick. Avoid soaking them too much, and be sure to dry them completely after cleaning.

Our vegan leather playmats are water resistant but not completely waterproof. You should always wipe away spills as soon as possible. Our seamless surface design will also help with that. You won’t have to worry about spills seeping through the crevices!

The playpen’s materials are designed to be water resistant, but not waterproof. Wipe up spills promptly to prevent damage. Avoid excessive moisture exposure.

No. Please do not use bleach, abrasive materials, or harsh chemicals, as they may be harmful to children and could damage the product.

We want you to love your Playroom! But if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 21 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to the large size and weight of our boxes, we charge a flat return shipping fee of $75 per item (Please note: The Playroom consists of two items, the Mat and the Pen). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Additional restocking fee may be assessed if returned goods are found to be used, damaged, or not in their original packaging/condition. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and repair costs when an item cannot be resold as new. We appreciate your understanding!

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your refund has been issued.
